DILPOMA IN BAKERY & CONFECTIONERY
Diploma in Bakery & Confectionery is an eighteen-month program being offered by CCHMCT. Under this program, the students are trained in the areas of culinary arts and bakery. On completion of the one year regular classes and practical training in college, the students are sent for an internship to hotels and allied segments in the domain. After six months of this internship, the students can either get absorbed within the same organization or look out for other jobs in other Hospitality verticals.
Students who have passed 10+2 in any stream with English as one of the subjects from any recognized board of education are eligible.
After completing the program, the students have various opportunities to work within the country or at the International front. Restaurants, Mechanized Bakery Chains, Catering Company, and Flight Kitchen are some of the most recompensing domains related to the bakery and confectionery industry. They can work as Chefs, Bakery specialists, Maintenance Manager, Supply Chain Managers, etc, the aforementioned workplaces.
