FACULTY INDUSTRIAL IMMERSION PROGRAM

Chandigarh College of Hotel Management is on a mission to bridge the widening gap between academia and industry and is introducing Faculty Industrial Immersion Program in room division in collaboration with Radisson Red Mohali.

Faculty Industrial Immersion Program in room division enabled Ms. Ridhima Sharma and Mr. Devash Rana to gain first-hand experience and exposure to practical applications in their field. This program is specifically designed to up- grade faculty skills and knowledge, improving delivery of training and classroom teaching practices, through industry visit and immersion in hotel establishments. The program provided the faculty a deeper understanding of industry practices, current systems, management techniques and latest trends in an international brand.
