SESSION 1

Female/ Male Grooming Etiquette-

To start with the induction programme 2023 specially designed for freshers, on day 1, 4th August, Chandigarh college of Hotel Management and Catering Technology organized a session on Grooming Etiquettes for hospitality industry. It was delivered by Ms. Falak Saini, make-up artist and Mr. Nishant Jha, front office manager.

SESSION 2

Guest Lecture

Introduction to Hotel Front Office

Mr. Simranjit Singh, Assistant Manager- Front Office, Hyatt Regency, Chandigarh was invited to impart knowledge about hotel front office and attributes of a hotel personnel.

Students were made aware of the various sections of Front Office department and their functions. Students also learned about the skills they need to acquire as a Hospitality personnel. Overall, it was an interactive session.

SESSION 3

Napkin Folding

Mr. Gunjan and Mr. Parmod our Food and Beverage experts showcased creative napkin folding techniques. It was a joyous and a fun filled activity for our hospitality students. One the very first day our students got the hands-on training experience.
