FIRE AND FLARE JUGGLING
Chandigarh College of Hotel Management and Catering Technology organized a Fire and Flare juggling session led by Mr. Karan Rana from Flip and mix bartending academy. The session ignited the stage with an electrifying display of skill and daring. Mesmerizing flames danced through the air, creating a breathtaking display of light and movement. The students were captivated by his mastery and courage, showcasing a mesmerizing fusion of artistry and thrill.
Chandigarh College of Hotel Management and Catering Technology organized food competition in association with Maggi, which was themed on the Independence Day. Participants crafted delectable dishes infused with patriotic spirit. The event celebrated diverse flavours, showcasing culinary prowess, with their tricolour delights, the competition exemplified university in diversity through the language of food. A flavourful tribute to the nation’s freedom and culinary finesse. Dr. chef Izzat Hussain was the jury member of the competition, a culinary maestro, graced the food competition with expertise and discerning taste, elevating the event to a succulent experience.
Our Alumni- Sunaina (BHMCT), Umang Mahendru (BTTM) Chandigarh Airport, Varun (BTTM) head business development at TDS Immigration, Keshwar Rawat (BTTM) delivered an inspiring alumni talk at our college, sharing their journey post- graduation. The highlighted the importance of resilience, adaptability and continuous learning in the professional world. A remarkable session that left a lasting impact on students.

Students explored about the food and nutrition labels with demonstration of all the packed food. What are the FSSAI rules and regulations about packaging, which enhances the knowledge of Dietitian, Nutritionist and customer also.

Students had an interactive session, in which they were made aware of the scope of the Course with opportunities in India after the completion their degree. She also talks about type of Dietitian and nutritionist and where they can apply for future scope. Also, speaker interacted with the students for their queries.
