Mixology Workshop

The Department of Hotel Management at Chandigarh Group of Colleges, Landran Mohali organized a Mixology Workshop for freshers. The workshop was hosted by Prakash Poojari, Executive F&B Personal, Radisson Red.

He started with Classic cocktails & innovative cocktails demonstration such as Bloody Mary, Cosmopolitan, Mojito, Martini, Long island ice tea, Sex on the beach, Margarita, Shooters and so on. The session was very interactive where he even pulled out students from the crowd and showed a few tricks out of sleeves.
